Course Tutors.
John Shuttleworth Dip. Couns., Dip. Gestalt Psychotherapy (Metanoia), Dip. GPTI, M.Sc (Gestalt Psych). UKCP Reg. Psychotherapist. John trained at the Metanoia in Person Centred Counselling, and Gestalt Psychotherapy. He is an experienced trainer having been the course team leader on the BACP accredited Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling at Central Sussex College, and a visiting trainer for Matrix College in East Anglia. John trained with Bert Hellinger, Hunter Beaumont, and Judith Hemming in family systems therapy, and has had several years experience running family constellation workshops. John's interest in this work is part of a wider interest in the spiritual dimension of psychotherapy. He has run workshops on the Kabbalah, and has studied Healing, Tantra, and Chi Gong, which has led to a deepening understanding of the connection between body, mind, soul, and spirit. John has a private practice in West Sussex working with individuals, couples and groups. John's other great passion is sailing and designing yachts. He has been running
his own Yacht Design office since 1978 and still finds time to continue to develop new designs and
thinking in the field. For more about his designs go to Tatiana Shuttleworth (formerly Tania Hosburn) B.Ed., Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy P.G. Diploma Psychosynthesis Couns; P.G.Cert. in Groupwork; UKCP registered Psychotherapist. Dip. Contextual Couple Counselling. Tatiana trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis and at Re-Vision. Her background includes teaching, family work and providing training and workshops within Health, Education and Social Services. She now works with individuals, couples and families in a variety of NHS settings, as well as running her own private practice and working as a freelance trainer, including being a tutor on the BACP accredited Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling at Central Sussex College. Tatiana has trained in the Medicine Wheel Teachings and has followed her own spiritual path and has studied gender issues, sexuality, and relationship work over many years. She has facilitated workshops for women in England and France, and has a close association with The Centre for Gender Psychology http://www.genderpsychology.com.
Deborah Kelly![]() MA and Diploma Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, Dip Group Dynamics, PG Cert in Application of the Arts in Therapy and Education, UKCP registered Psychotherapist, Shiatsu Practitioner.
Deborah trained as an integrative Arts Psychotherapist at the institute for Arts in Therapy and
Education. She has a private practice in East Sussex working with couples, individuals and groups,
With a background in nursing and complementary therapies she has run groups and workshops with a
variety of foci, including palliative care (professionals and patients), bereavement, suicide,
women's groups, 'five elements' shiatsu and the Wheel of the Year. She trained as a couple
counsellor with time2relate and has helped develop this work to include the arts. She is
particularly interested in working with nature and imagination, and is now researching this as part
of a doctoral study. |
